Within the first year from purchase date our “One year unconditional, no questions asked warranty”, will cover all sorts of problems. After the first year, our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects applies.

 

Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item.

 

If we no longer offer the product (or its spare parts) in question, it will be replaced with what we determine to be the closest comparable model. A small service fee will then be added.

 

Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

Waders, Jackets & Boots

If a Loop wader, jacket or boot fails due to workmanship or material defects, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.

Processing, return shipping & insurance

All warranties/ service issues shall be sent in, by customer or retailer, to Loop Tackle Design to be judged by the service centre.

 

Cost for all related customs and duty charges will be covered by the owner.

For all return shipments within North America, the original owner will be responsible for a US$60 fee for each repaired item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance. International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.
