SINGLE-HAND
Responsive and precise, the Ström Traditional single-handed range is built to keep you connected across everything from delicate presentations to bigger flies and tougher conditions.
TECHNOLOGY MEETS TRADITION
There’s an inherent sense of nostalgia in fly fishing. We all remember the rods and reels from our formative years, have deep connections with the fisheries we started on, and cherish the mentors who shaped our journeys. We hold on to mementoes gifted by fellow fishers and family - the cane and glass-fibre rods tucked away in the corners of our tackle cupboards. Every now and again, the urge to give them a cast returns. While that nostalgia runs deep for many of us, the experience is often short-lived: the rod’s performance can fall short when compared with modern carbon equivalents. That’s why we wanted to honour our sport’s heritage and the forefathers of rod development with a special edition range of high performance rods, inspired by the Golden Age of fly fishing.
