The adrenaline is pumping; arms are shaking and a slightly nervous smile. These are some of the reasons for standing, year after year, by the river. Battling wind and rain just to get that feeling that for once you do everything just right and you have outsmarted yet another fish. By the age of 11 I was hopelessly lost to fly fishing and still is. By luck I have got the chance to work with this, my biggest passion in life. I have worked as casting instructor, for both single- and double-hand casting, around Scandinavia, combined with this I have also worked as a guide. Furthermore I am a professional fly tier with focus on flies for fish in Scandinavia.

During 2006-2007 I am producing, in cooperation with Loop, a instructional movie about single hand casting. There are also plans on making a movie covering double-hand casting and maybe even a film on fly tying.

When fishing I like to try my hands on all kinds of fly fishing. It can range from salmon and sea trout to pike and different saltwater species around our northerly coastlines.
One of my dreams is to travel the world and fish for exiting and exotic fish like going to Spain and take catfish and carp on fly.
