Knut & Trond Syrstad
Our names are Knut & Trond Syrstad. We grew up just a good Speycast away from one of Norway’s most famous salmon rivers, Orkla. It was maybe more than natural that fishing became a central part of our lives.One of our key philosophies throughout the fishing career, has been to develop and teach casting techniques that are best suited to the diverse river conditions encountered. Nice presentation, “effective fishing” and fly control are the ultimate goals in order to ensure total fishing satisfaction……..and not least FISH.
Last year we got the opportunity to work full time as Loop’s sales representatives in Norway.
Based on our experience we will put all our effort in to produce and present for you best fly fishing gear there is.
Syrstad fly-fishing school
We provide the knowledge, the experience and some of the country’s finest stretches for salmon. You provide the willingness to learn and the hope of successful days here with us at the river. Our common goal is to improve everyone’s fly-fishing skills to the maximum during four days at the Syrstad fly-fishing school.
